I'm going through the same thing. Mine was accepted by the "IRS" but, is still being processed. Whatever the hell that means... And when I check on my payment info on the IRS website it asked for an amount (which I was NEVER given btw) an it can't find me in the system. And when I try to call them it tells me I have more than an hours time waiting period to speak with someone. I don't know what to do. This is ridiculous 😡! Very unprofessional. I'll not EVER use Turbtax again. I'm letting others know as well. Good luck and God Bless everyone 🙏
