That may not be so easy in light of the Coronavirus situation. It depends on when you mailed it.
First of all, did you physically print, sign, date, and mail it yourself? TurboTax does not mail it for you.
Hopefully you mailed any Federal return to the IRS and any state return to the state tax agency.
Even in the best of times it takes 4 weeks for a mailed return to show up in the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool. So if it's been at least 4 weeks, try
But with the Coronavirus situation, all bets are off. The IRS has not been processing paper returns the last few weeks. So it may or may not show up in that IRS tool.
Be sure you enter the correct filing status and SSN number. And use only the Federal refund amount. Do not use any combined total refund figure that TurboTax may have provided that includes the state refund.
Look at your actual 2019 return to get the Federal refund amount. Be sure you are using what is displayed on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
If it's been longer than 4 weeks, you can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline. I've seen it work for some users before when the WMR tool didn't. But it, too, may be subject to the "Coronavirus delay."
