Ive used Jackson Hewitt since 2016 and they are GREAT... THAT IS on the intial sit down... If anything needs to be handled after they submit to the irs(which i can do for free by my self), JH tells me that I NEED TO DO THIS or I HAVE TO CALL THE IRS AT #. I pay 600 a year for NOTHING.... i get my return on the Jackson hewitt serve card therefore that the "bank info" the IRS had for me,which the Get My Payment wouldn't accept my actual bank info when it said on the 16th that i was eligible but they needed additional info for my paent to be sent. The GMP tool said that info didnt match their records so i put the serve card JH bank info and its said im eligible and a date would be given STILL NOTHING
