I never entered DD, it says I'm eligible but has an account with my last 4 ssn as the account. Do I need to change my DD? Will that affect my payment. Its been displaying the same message for weeks... my 2019 tax return is still processing and I don't know what to do... TT said they would transfer the money into my account if and when the money is deposited but I haven't received a date and it doesn't even give me an option to update any info unless I use the non-filer's form. I see by this thread everyone is going thru it and it's a hit or miss if you get your payment but I'm at a lost right now and don't know what to do.
Here's my situation:
Filed 2018, didn't file 2018
Didn't enter DD info, they took it from TurboTax
Message only changed once from status not available to eligible with no date
I'm married with 4 dependents 17 and under (my 17 year old just turned 17 on 4/24).. do you think that will affect their $500.
Any support someone can provide would be great. Going out of my mind not being able to speak with someone at IRS.
