After you file
I didn't have a Turbo tax Card when I filed. Yes I went to IRS website and read my status. Yes the account match. NetSpend Card I have. Matabank is not accepting calls and The website tells you nothing about why they haven't or won't deposit my check. I don't know what to do at this point. All I know is the IRS has deposited my check to my account at Matabank.
