@Miadolfan90if your payment went to your Turbo Tax card at this point, all you can do is contact TT. If the IRS site says it has released the money then there is no delay on their end. Since TT gave me so much heartache with just filing my taxes I gave the IRS my personal banking information on the 15th and I got my money today.
