No one here or TurboTax can change your tax return. If your return has already been accepted, you would have to amend your return to make the change. Amended returns must be mailed. Unfortunately, the IRS is not processing any mailed in returns right now (amended or original returns), so it will take a while before your amended return is processed.
If you don't get your stimulus money this year, you will be able to claim it on your 2020 return which you file in 2021.
