It isn't TurboTax who's holding it, it's Green Dot, who administrates the Turbo card. I've received my tax refund on a Turbo Card for several years, and all but once it didn't arrive until the day the deposit was scheduled. ONCE I received it a day early, so it's possible a payment scheduled for the 30th might arrive the 29th...but don't count on it. But either way, it's Green Dot that's causing the delay.
