After you file
This should be the number 1 answer on here right now! I had been searching for this answer for weeks with no luck. I had a team of tax consultants I'd been working with for something else and even they were stumped. Their access to the IRS has been cut off just like the rest of us so they couldn't reach out on my behalf either. Here are the absolute musts from what I observed. You MUST put your address is exactly as it appears on your 2018 or 2019 return. Make sure you check the USPS address lookup tool to see exactly how your address appears according to the federal government. IF you filed for an extension on your return for 2018 and have still yet to file your 2019 taxes and it's giving you an error saying your information doesn't match their records, enter "0" in your AGI, BUT make sure you still enter the amount you either owed or were refunded for that same year. Lastly, make sure you have your up to date routing and account numbers. This seems obvious, but if you make several attempts you're bound to get careless with entering your account/ routing number.
