Unfortunately I think it’s different for everyone from all the posts I read on “records don’t match” issue so you might have to try multiple things. I finally got mine to work by using all caps and abbreviated for the address. No dash for SSN and used the calendar fill in option to enter DOB instead of manually typing in.
i used TurboTax to file and paid taxes DD so I think IRS has the address on records matching my address on bank check book because I even tried address on my tax return and it didn’t work
