Hey! I just got mine to work after a long time getting the “records don’t match” error every single time!
You’d want to enter the address in capital and also try abbreviated. It worked for me. Mine had “East” so I had to enter in E instead, and DR for “drive” for example.
The most ridiculous thing ever but I was able to get to the screen to enter my bank info in for direct deposit.
