Did you enter 0 for line Amount of Refund which is on your Line 20a for 2018 ? ...That is what NCperson said to do. I did that and then my bank info went through okay. ... I had earlier entered like 723 which was the amount applied to 2019 taxes.
Or line 21a for your 2019 taxes which also should be 0
