If child support took my refund are they also gonna take the corona virus check as well? It makes no sense to me i pay my child support monthly and i have had 100% custody for 9 years now and the court nor the child support dep have done anything to help me or my kid get any type of support and now there just gonna take my taxes and this too now its only because im a hispanic bald headed male. Im not even the defendant in this case and i swear to god they had a warrant out for my arrest. My last case the judge and the D.A recommended my sentence to be released on time served then my own lawyer told me im gonna ask for you to get 30 more days because i think it will serve you well.. OMFG.i am not making this up i gave up on looking for help. Now who cares about this check that never going to get to me
