i owed the irs $4 last year. i was able to update my bank info on april 15th. also getting the "you are eligible for the payment once we have your payment date we will update this page" status message.
maybe they're not direct depositing any more $? i'm starting to think it's going to be a paper check and i read they're sending them out to lowest income earners first, sigh.
