After you file
Finally was able to request a replacement card, however still have not received it! Had to call again and after 20 minutes on the phone got a tracking #. As the person I was speaking to was very hard to understand all I managed to discern was a tracking number for said replacement card. What do I do with this number, where do I track new card. While I understand circumstances dictate an extended period of time to resolve issues this is a bit much. Please provide a resource to get some answers in a timely fashion.
