This is useless info for our problem! Yall should have another way of activating the card or fixing the info and not just keeping our money! i have called every number and talked to several people and no one is willing to help. This whole thing is a scam! I am also letting everyone i know not to use y'all and its all a scam! There is no reason that you cannot send us a check for our money if we can not get into our account and no way to fix it!
