I've been using TurboTax for some time now, but the last few years I have owed money, so I did not give them my direct deposit info.
After trying for several days to get into the "Get My Payment" site (kept getting a message that they could not determine my eligibility), I decided to go ahead and file 2019 taxes. This time, I gave them the direct deposit info to take the taxes owed.
And the next morning... bingo! I could get into the site. Of course it still wanted to get my direct deposit info. So now I can start checking to see if they update the info on that get-my-payment site.
No real question here, just passing along my experience. I don't know if filing the 2019 taxes did the trick, but I would be surprised if their database got updated right away.
