After you file

I understand your frustration.  Unfortunately, TurboTax doesn't have the ability to update information for you either.  If you have already filed your tax returns for 2018 and 2019, the ONLY way to update it is through the IRS portal, which as you pointed out doesn't work for everyone.  

 

The IRS is aware of some of the issues, and is working on them - although we don't know which issues are getting priority for a "fix."  I'll cross my fingers that the international address issue is one of them, as I know many folks personally who are frustrated by that one!

 

Don't entirely give up just yet - keep checking the tool.  Since it's inception last week, I've already noticed a number of issues that have been addressed.
