DD isn't based on income, based on when when you entered your info (assuming it was correct) on the portal. Of course it's also based on the fact that they have 40 or 50 year old software! If you're a COBOL programmer you might be able to make some $$$ many of these gov systems at the FED, State and city levels are old as dirt, like me 🙂
Now if you're getting a paper check that will go out to the people with the lowest AGI. Which starts in May and will take months
