I'll assume you amended a return by printing and mailing an amended return Form 1040X.
In "normal times" it can take up to 16 weeks for the IRS to process an amended return. With the Coronavirus emergency, however, the IRS is essentially not processing paper returns for the time being. So know one knows how long it will take once they start up again.
Normally you would be able to monitor it with this IRS tool starting 3 weeks after it was mailed. However, since they are not processing paper returns right now, it may take significantly longer than that to even show up with this tool:
