If you did not get a tracking number or sent it certified, I would quickly resend in a copy as they are usually about 3 weeks out from showing when they received it, then another 5-12 weeks before you will see that it has been adjusted and subsequently mailed out to you. Please make sure that you go to the counter and ask for the postal worker to place the stamp so that you can get a tracking number on the receipt or pay a little extra and send it certified mail.
