After you file

GiseleD, I'm praying you can help me with a question I've received NO answers from for over a week now.

I've paid my taxes with TurboTax for about 12 years, including 2018 and 2019.  I received refunds both years, direct deposited to my checking account.

I have not received my stimulus check.  I believe I paid my TurboTax fees from my refunds, which may be relevant here.  But I do not remember if I paid by credit card or not.

When I go to the Get My Payment page on the IRS website, which is where every TurboTax copy/paste response wants to send me, I get this page every single time (12+ attempts now):

This is where I'm supposed to update my banking information, but I can't get past simply entering in my personal information. And yes, I've triple checked it over and over.  I make under $75,000 with a very simple tax return.  I can't find answers anywhere on this.

Meanwhile news stories are EVERYWHERE that people who paid their TurboTax fees out of their refund are in the exact same boat as I am, and absolutely nothing from Intuit addressing this:

Washington Post: https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/04/16/coronav[product key removed]lus-check/

US News & World Report: https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2020-04-17/why-you-still-havent-gotten-your-coron...

 USA Today: https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2020/04/17/coronavirus-stimulus-ch[product key removed]ng-money...

The one, single spokesperson's quote I've seen anywhere said, “the IRS has the appropriate banking information for all TurboTax filers, which can be used by them to distribute stimulus payments. This is true regardless of whether a customer chose to receive their refund on a debit card, selected refund transfer or other services.”

This was here: https://time.com/5825368/stimulus-payment-problems/

This. Is. NOT. TRUE.

What is going on?  What can any of us do?  Is anyone addressing this anywhere at all?

Thanks in advance for your help.
