Absolutely. The Live feature isn't supposed to work that way. I suspect that the new feature has received much more response than was anticipated. I can't guarantee anything (I'm not a TT employee, but a user like you), but you may want to schedule a callback using the info below rather than holding. I'm so sorry you've experienced this difficulty.
