If i found out the tax preparer did fraudulent stuff on my tax return and i want to amend. ASAP will it still go to that tax office or nee amount from amend mailed to me?

The person who did my orignal taxes messed with my wages. Heavily... i need to amend. Ive been stuck in a 60 day review feels like forever. If i send my amendment show the changes will the amended amount be sent to the tax preparer or will it come in a check to my house? Even if i havent received my 1st refund amount?
