I would definitely check on the status of your stimulus payment at the IRS website using "Get My Payment"
I owed them a small amount and since I paid from my bank account, I figured they would use my bank account information from my 2019 return to deposit my stimulus payment, but when it didn't show up last week, I went to the "Get My Payment" app and it showed they were planning to mail mine. I entered my bank info and now they say they will do a direct deposit.
