Am I able to enter my bank information in Turbo Tax if I don't have a refund or tax payable? I wanted to get Economic Impact payment. The IRS site gives me a Payment Status Not Available message.
I filed in 2018 (even if my earnings were below requirement for non-filers) because I had to include a Form 8938 for foreign financial assets to my 1040. If I use the Non-Filer Tool from the IRS for the Economic Impact payment, it will file my 1040 for me, which I do not want because I need to include a Form 8938.
