I'm in the EXACT same situation. Mailed my fed and state on March 2. Got my state refund within 10 days. Absolutely nothing for federal and the Check My Refund Tool also says they have no information. Super helpful of TurboTax to tell me AFTER the fact that I should have sent it in a envelope requiring signatures (insert eye roll). SO frustrated.
