I had to amend my 2019 taxes because I forgot a 1099 R form, once I finished it turns out I owe for both Federal and state. I understand that I need to e-mail my returns. When I printed my taxes 4 vouchers also printed with the same dollar amount. I'm confused as to what these vouchers are for, because they are different than the amounts that I owe to Federal and state.
