Hi,
I filed my tax returns through mail around March 6th 2020. I sent both state and federal to different addresses and have since received my state refund but the federal has had no development. When I check the Where's My Refund on the IRS site, it says they have no info for me. It's my first time filing through turbo tax so I'm not sure what to do now.
Side note: I also attempted to call the IRS directly through 1(800) 829-1954 but am only able to get hold of the automated voice mails.
