If it is on the worksheet (did you verify that?) then it was transmitted to the IRS. The software does not pick on you. There are millions of taxpayer that use the software so if this was an issue it would be well known. What makes think that it was not transmitted to the IRS? It could be that the DD failed for some reason when the IRS tried it so they sent a check instead. Many Banks will refuse DD if the name on the deposit is not an exact match to the name on the bank account.
