What I want to know is why hasn't a Turbo Tax representative reached out to all of us?? We are asking each other questions helping everyone on this feed with whatever knowledge we have gained from trial and error. Where is the professional? Where is the security we are promised by choosing their company? Ok they messed up but they are not doing anything about it. Answering questions we all have even if they dont have the answers communicate with us......anything.....this is ridiculous!!!!
