I guess people are not doing there homework. America just learned yesterday that if you owe any creditors money they can take your check. This was not sapposed to happen . But it did . Some states are fighting back to get the checks back. Government officials are very upset and telling companys that they had mo rite to take the money. This was a 1 time payment that should have been exempt from being touched by any other creditors . Check ABC news or type in stimulas check gets taken by creditors. This is crazy they said this definitely not happen but it did.
