I'm having the same issue...and because we owed, there was no direct deposit information included in tax return. Prior year I owed and had bank info on return since I paid what we owed at that time. The IRS website is having errors, won't give any information on my return OR my stimulus payment! I saw an article that those who used tax prep services (like Turbotax) are experiencing delays...so frustrated.
