I messed up bad and filed a non-file return on the IRS Stimulus website. Now i cant file my 2019 Tax returns. Who do i contact? Do i Amend? i cant call the IRS.

I thought the non-file return was for people who haven't done their 2019 tax return YET. I didnt read the small print. I messed up, i immediately tried to do my 2019 tax return through Turbotax and it cant file because the non-file return was already accepted. IRS call lines are unavailable, i tried emailing IRS. I tried emailing and messaging through FB to TurboTax. No response.

i cant find any information on how to fix this.
