I e-filed my taxes in mid feb: fed and ny for tax due and refund respectively. And in very early march I sent in an amendment for incremental tax refund and tax due from fed and ny.
Fed and NY promptly debited my bank for what I owed but I have yet to receive my refunds. Nor can I check the refund status even though I submitted the correct information requested.
Is the delay caused for the shutdown? Anyone else got their refund already?
