If you included your direct deposit information on your tax return and paid your fees with a credit or debit card, your stimulus payment is not being delayed. If you had the TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, the IRS does not have your direct deposit information. They will send you a check unless TurboTax, H&R Block and all the other tax preparation firms can find a way for your direct deposit information to be transmitted to the IRS.
