So my wife and I do our taxes every year with turbo tax and the last two years we  Selected the option of receiving a Turbo debit card,  to get our found . Now we have a problem! The 2018 card she lost & don't have the card number & log-in because the card had no found in it so this year 2019 we got a new card & throw the old one away.  But the  Federal stimulation payment was made to the 2018 card not the 2019 card and I can't access the card now or speak with a real person! I can't talk to someone! A real person how can you do business with a bank that has no customer service? 

Need help ! ASAP thanks
