I paid for my VA eFile return last year and didn't use it. I assumed that I would get a credit for this year's return. I was wrong. Turbo Tax said they closed the books on last year (for 2017 returns) and will not provide a credit. If you talking about this year's return which you have already paid, they might provide a return.
