Look at your Part V of the Federal Worksheet – the payment method and date will be shown.
To view/print a form using TurboTax Online:
- Sign into your Online account
- On the Tax Home page, click on "Show" next to "Your Tax Returns and Documents"
- Click on Download my Return
- For a Federal payment the information is found on the Federal Information Worksheet Part V.
