Exactly what happened to me. IRS states that both the 2018 information and 2019 information from TurboTax is incorrect and locked me out for 24 hours. I did finally find out that the TurboCard app, site, and phones were under technically difficulty but that doesn't account for why none of the income tax information is correct.
