Yes, plenty of people have received the stimulus on their Turbo Card. However, virtually all of those are people who did not have fees and/or an RAL deducted from their refund. If you had either of those done, your tax refund was initially sent to Santa Barbara Tax (who is owned by Green Dot, same company that administers the Turbo Card), and THEN to your Turbo Card. Therefore, the IRS doesn't have your account/routing # on file in their refund system, and you'll need to go to the IRS "Get My Payment" page and either manually enter your Turbo Card information, or that from another bank account.
