If you had TT issue you a Turbo card and had fees from them removed. TT gave the IRS their temporary account number and the IRS does NOT have your account info. You will have to go to their new portal and give them your info. TT lied to us and failed to inform us of this. I will never use TT again. I hope people learn from this and not give them any more of their money. They also are being sued for misinformation and false advertising. Most people we're tricked into paying their fee's and qualified for the free tax service they mislead you into thinking you had to pay. The free tax service millions of us qualified for only about 3% of them actually used because of their misleading information and bait and switch tactics the website uses.
