hello Ms.Michelle i called the card portal and they had the voice mail basically saying to report your card stolen/lost on the website. The website keeps telling to put my card information in and i'm unaware of it because my card is lost. i wanted to see how i can get a new card sent to me without going through such a hassle. Because both the phone and online aren't working for me
