Can't log onto the app and haven't been able to the last couple of days. Error message says " There was an error. Please try again later," Everytime. Getting old.
Also despite using Turbo Tax and getting direct deposit for some reason the IRS is telling me they of do not have sufficient information to issue me a check and when I provide it the information from 2018 or 2019 is correct. Makes no sense so Is TurboTax going to assist those whom are struggling to get their checks that has used their services? I paid $120 to use TurboTax and feel this this is something that your company should be taking some responsibility to help straighten out. I have seen a few other saying they are also having trouble getting theirs that have use TurboTax and just because I got the prepaid debit card doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to get mine in a timely fashion. The debit card comes with a routing and account number just like checkinga account so I shouldn't be this hard for me to access the assistance that everyone else in the country is allowed to get.
