Ignore the Employee comments, they are generic answers that help no one or are Lies

Just ignore any answer employees give you, they are using generic answers or straight up lieing to you. They know the truth about whats going on with stimulus payments but dont want to outright say it because its there fault, they dont wanna help there customers because it would cost them money to do so.

Basically the situation atm is, any1 who filed 2019 taxes and used the RETURN to pay for the FEE has the wrong banking info given to the IRS. The IRS has the banking info from Turbo tax or whatever bank they use on file, so Turbo tax gets the money, then they take out the fee, then they send you your money. SO anyone who uses them and paid fee via return will not be getting there stimulus until turbo tax sends the money back to IRS and they allow people to modify the banking info not just check it.

If u didnt use return to pay the fees then u are fine, and u will get ur stimulus becasue the only info the IRS has is your banking info not turbo taxes. Or if u have had your card multiple years is another way to get your stimulus.
