I just did the same thing after everyone around me has received theirs regardless to if they had prepaid debit or not. I’ll never use TurboTax again. You can’t access the card or website neither can you call the number on the card. They blocked us out instead of communicating with us. Terrible business. I had to find out from the IRS it’s terrible customer service. The advance wasn’t really an advance by the time I could get cash I had my entire refund. The biggest rip off I’ll never again it’s freetax USA from here on out!
