Ok, so I don't work for Turbo Tax, but I recieved my stimulus check via direct deposit ON THE SAME card that I recieved my tax refund on, the one provided by Turbo Tax, and here is what I know. 1. The app is not working. I chalked it up to crashing because of the amount of people using it right now to see if they recieved their stimulus check., because the same problem happened during tax refund time. 2. The website DOES work, but it takes an ungodly amount of time to load. Just google "turbo card login" and it should pop up. Proceed through the login process and remember to BE PATIENT! 3. Some people have to give their direct deposit info to the IRS. Their website is up and running. Google "IRS get my payment" and follow the steps. My sister had to do this this morning even though she recieved her tax refund through direct deposit because she recieved a tax advanse on her taxes this year. 4. Remember to treat everyone with love and respect because the entire world is trying just as hard as you are to figure this all out.
