I’ve been having issues also! I received my return on the prepaid card but phone not working nor app. I logged into the irs website to check the status of my payment and it said I didn’t have enough info to receive payment. I had to submit my routing and account, I used my REAL bank info this time!!! I’m very disappointed in Turbo tax
