On TurboTax my federal tax refund says accepted and on the way, but I have been waiting over a month. Why does it say on the IRS site that it’s being processed still?

I have been waiting way over a month for my federal tax refund. On TurboTax it says accepted and on the way. But on the IRS site it says processing with no date on when I can get it and no way to see when. I need it ASAP and I was told I would get it in 21 days but it’s been over a month. I also can’t contact anyone in the ORS due to the pandemic and I can’t get the stimulus check without this first. I got my state refund already I don’t understand the hold up on federal.
