It is a shame that Turbo Tax cannot adequately work with their 3rd Party, Outsourced vendor Green Dot/Santa Barbara to get his straightened out. There is a banking and routing number associated with the card on our returns. This shouldn’t be adequate to issue a refund, I would imagine. Shame on Turbo Tax...you’re the only ones partnered with the IRS to get money to people faster and you can’t even guarantee people who signed up for ‘YOUR’ card can get their money faster.
I’ll say this...there will be WAY less people opting for the debit card tax return near year because of this. So you’ve screwed your customers, yourselves, and Green Dot/Santa Barbara in on fell swoop! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
